LYF MEMBERSHIP

Our other passion is community, and spending time with like minded people who want to enjoy and active life, & love feeling FIT & STRONG.  This is why we have started our LYF membership with online and in-person classes. Working out together, sharing knowledge, ideas, & a laugh is so important for health in so many ways! We look forward to growing our community with you and getting to know each other better.

This is a Boutique Membership Program designed to help you feel part of the LYF Community, hosted by both Jaimielle and Pete Jacobs

Enjoy LIVE LYF Sessions, with the odd Q & A from your home as Pete and Jaimielle host Functional Strength Classes, Recovery Classes (foam rolling, stretching, mobility), and Wellbeing/ Lifestyle Classes (Guided Meditations, Breathing Practices, Cooking Classes, Goal Setting Classes etc).

HERE IS YOUR ROADMAP & CLASS OUTLINE:

  • Meet and Greet – Book in your complimentary 15minute Meet and Greet phone call with Pete or Jaimielle Jacobs.
  • Fill out LYF Questionnaire and Intentions worksheets.
  • MONDAY: VIRTUAL 6pm Functional Strength & Fitness Class 
  • WEDNESDAY: VIRTUAL 6:30am Functional Strength & Fitness Class 
  • FRIDAY: VIRTUAL 9am Recovery Session (Mobility, Stretching, Breathing, GM Class)
  • SUNDAY: VIRTUAL 4pm Soul Session – Interactive Cooking Tutorial / Breathing Practice / Guided Meditation / Goal Setting / Planning Your Week Session
    Each month you will receive your new class schedule with details.
  1. YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR PERSONAL PRACTICE BETTER PORTAL
    This is where you have access to your individual lifestyle/ mood journal, and food journal. You can track your nutrient intake, and jot down recipes. This is also where you will receive class notification reminders, recordings, class schedule and group announcements. You can also access all other MEMBERS ONLY CONTENT, including all tutorials, practices, recipes, information videos, and past zoom session recordings. Everything we ever film but don’t release to the public is there for you.
  2. MAKE TIME
    We suggest taking a few minutes to block off class schedule times in your diary over the next coming months to participate live in the classes. If you can’t attend live, the next best thing is to workout to the recording, which we send out same day, usually within an hour of finishing the class.
  3. STAY CONNECTED
    You are never alone – soak up energy from fellow LYF members in the group chat through Practice Better portal, and share your wins with your LYF family.
  4. TECHNIQUE CORRECTION
    You have access to video technique correction for FREE. Send Pete a video of your swimming/running/bike position and get personal feedback to improve your efficiency and reduce injuries.

If you prefer just to pick our brain, and stick with your current routine that work for you, then we have lots of one-off options to connect via and give you what you need in a concise package that will boost your personal journey.

3 (minimum) Scheduled LYF Live Zoom Fitness/Wellbeing/ Cooking Classes per week with recordings)

Includes 2 x Fitness Classes (functional strength, Mobility, stretching, Rolling) + 1 Wellbeing (Breathing or Guided Meditation OR interactive Cooking Tutorial).

* *LYF Noosa Fitness Group Session (in person): Group sessions x 2 weekly. Held by Pete or Jaimielle in Noosa. (NOT CURRENTLY ON DUE TO COVID, WILL BEGIN SHORTLY)
