A super tasty dressing with a satay sauce texture. Tahini and Miso are both beneficial to a healthy gut microbiome plus a tasty (we think) lower GI alternative to the traditional peanut satay sauce. This dressing is so versatile, it goes with scrambled eggs, salads, curry’s, tacos and more.
INGREDIENTS
6 Tbls Tahini
1 Tbls Miso Paste
4 Tbls Apple Cider Vinegar
4 Tbls boiling water
Juice of 2 lemons
1 Tbls Tamari (gluten-free) or Soy sauce
1 Tbls Miso Paste
4 Tbls Apple Cider Vinegar
4 Tbls boiling water
Juice of 2 lemons
1 Tbls Tamari (gluten-free) or Soy sauce
OPTIONAL
1 Tbls Activated Yeast
1 Tbls raw Honey
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a bowl/food processer or blender and whisk until smooth.
Keep adding boiling water until you are happy with the consistency/thickness.
