Our tasty LYOF Bowl is of the Budda Bowl ethos. It is a healthy dose of phytonutrient goodness combined with flavour. Pre pack your lunch the night before ensuring to pack dressing separately;)
INGREDIENTS
½ raw Carrot grated
½ raw zucchini grated
½ raw beetroot grated
½ cup cooked Quinoa
½ cup protein source (see below)
Add 1 handful Leafy Greens
