We LOVE our Ginger Ninja Green Smoothie! Have first thing in the morning to aid digestion throughout the day or add a sprinkle of salt (celtic or himalayan plus honey) for a tasty electrolyte drink during your workout!
INGREDIENTS
1 Green Apple
1 Tlbs Apple Cider Vinegar
1 handful of Baby Spinach or Kale
2 Tsp grated Ginger
Juice of 2 Lemons
2 cups of Coconut Water or Water
Ice to blend
