LEMONY TAHINI DRESSING
- ¼ cup Lemon Juice
- ¼ cup Tahini
- ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbs Dijon mustard
Optional
- 2 Avocados
Method
Place all ingredients into a sterilized glass jar with a firm lid and shake until ingredients are blended together. Alternatively blend together in an electric blender.
