10 Minute Home Workout | Strengthen Your Quads & Glutes Using BodyWeight
World Champion Ironman Triathlete and Performance Expert Pete Jacobs, and Triathlon Champion Jaimielle Jacobs take you through a simple 10minute Home Workout specific to activating your Quads and Glutes. These are important major muscle groups that have a huge impact on your overall core strength, supporting a wide range of compound movements and exercises.
Regularly activating your glute and quad muscles can minimise muscle imbalances, injuries, whilst increasing your bike/run and everyday performance.
This home workout workout is body weight focused with no weights or bands needed. It is also a knee friendly workout with no lunges.
Instructions: Perform each exercise for 1 minute (or as long as you can), with 15 – 30 seconds rest between each exercise.
