Join Jaimielle for this 10minute workout, designed to target your abs, and swim specific muscles.
Simply have a yoga mat or towel and timer for this session. This workout can be utilised as a ‘dry land swim session’ when time or logistics make it impossible to get in the water!
Change up the moves depending on your ability and energy on the day. If you need to start at 30seconds per exercise and slowly increase to 45seconds, do so.
